A duel NSW regional blend of 70% Hunter Valley Shiraz & 30% Hilltops Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine has an abundance of red & black fruited plushness from this classic varietal blend and infusion with organic Australian ginseng. Adding layers of earthiness and herbal complexity that melds into the tapestry of the wine. The high natural antioxidants of the ginseng is used as an alternative preservative, protecting the wine during fermentation and maturation resulting in a wine with very low sulphites. Natural fermentation. Unfined & unfiltered. Minimal time in oak. Four months in in 5 year-old French barriques.
ALBERT BICHOT COTES DE NUITS PINOT NOIR
This appellation is located on the slopes to the west of Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits. The climate here can sometimes be rough, with cold, snowy winters and cooler summers. Consequently, the grapes tend to ripen slower. The resulting wines are marked by their freshness, fruitiness and vivacity. Our know-how allows us to carefully and subtly balance these characteristics for added roundness and fullness. Very fresh, with intense notes of fruit (blackcurrant, blueberry) and lily. Although full-bodied, this wine boasts a lovely vinous profile.
